The Trusted Advisor - by David H. Maister (Author), Charles H. Green (Author), Robert M. Galford. This book is used to read a few stories as illustrations of soft phrasing.
Seven Habits of Highly Effective People – Steven Covey. This book is used to read a story that illustrates active listening.
DiSC self assessment – This product currently does not include the DiSC self assessment but it does include information on DiSC to help participants understand the customer. You can deliver this product with or without the self assessment. If you decide to use the assessment, we recommend the following preferred TM vendor:
