Joanne Dustin is a career/life coach with over 25 years experience in the IT industry. She is a Certified Coach of and a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, the International Coach Federation, the Northeast Human Resources Association, Women in Technology International, the National Association of Female Executives and the Career Coach Institute Learning Community.

Joanne holds an MS in Organization and Management from Antioch New England Graduate School and a BS in Computer Science and Management from Franklin Pierce College. She believes in and practices continuous learning and is currently working toward a Master Certified Career Coach designation with the Career Coach Institute.

Deborah A. Bercume, M.S., CEC

Deborah Bercume, Principal of Bercume Associates, is a professional Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator. She brings over 20 years of experience working with professionals to achieve personal and professional fulfillment.

Debbie brings expertise in business, human resources development, and work/life balance serving effectively in a variety of roles, which include coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant, manager of human resources and training & development functions, and business partner. She collaborates with strategic alliances of award-winning blended-learning solutions offering clients the most innovative, customizable resources.

Debbie earned her MS Degree in Training and Development from Lesley University, her BS in Business Administration from North Adams State College, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College. She is Past-President of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, an instructor for ASTD's HPI Certificate Program at Worcester State College. She is a Master Certified Life and Corporate Coach through the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching.

Jean Williams has been an executive coach for almost 20 years. She began her coaching work doing 360 degree feedback work for senior managers at a variety of Fortune 500 companies including DuPont, AT&T, United Technologies and Federated Department Stores. She has worked with managers at all levels within a company, and in recent years has focused her practice on senior managers and executives. She has worked in a wide range of industries, including significant experience in the IT sector. Jean carries multiple certifications for executive coaching, (CCL, Linkage, Harbridge House), and is certified in the MBTI, among others. Jean has a B.A. from Connecticut College and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She has held both line and staff positions in corporations and currently runs her own private practice.
