Q. When I place an order what will I receive?
A. All Training Content Products come complete with:
Facilitator Instructions to help you prepare for and facilitate each section of the course. A complete set rich with course training content and packaged into a single source file (PowerPoint) for ease of use. These materials include: Facilitator Guide, Participant Guide and Training Slides.
All Template Products: come complete with:
Training content, layout structure and/or frameworks in a specific training content area. You may customize with company information. Some templates are included in training content products and may also be sold separately. Training content and layout is designed in PowerPoint, Word and/or Excel.

Q. How and when will I receive my purchase?
A. All products are available for immediate download following the purchase. Given the size of files involved orders can also be sent via CD. You must request a CD if you have trouble with downloading the product.
Q. What does it mean "without restrictions"?
A. All TrainingMade products have been developed and tested by industry experts for immediate application. At TrainingMade we also realize that you may wish to localize or customize the material for your own unique situation. TrainingMade allows you to do this without additional charges or restrictions.
Corporate in-house trainers are free to use our training content over and over again without additional charges saving endless hours preparation and high development costs.
Independent trainers and consultants are free to use our training content with one customer but cannot sell the training content to the customer nor can they take the training content to multiple customers (see terms and use).
Having TrainingMade in electronic format also allows you to print/edit the exact number of participant manuals when, where and as often as required.

Q. What does it mean to Request Product?
TrainingMade partners with training leaders and experts with a minimum of 15 years experience in each respective training curriculum to develop our products. Products listed with a Request Product button are not yet formatted for sale. By requesting a product, TM will immediately begin to format the product. It takes approximately 2 weeks to finalize an expedited product and make it available to you for instant download.
